Troy Campbell, son of
Arminta Cornett and William Hartley Campbell, was given a copy of the book
on April 20, 1948 by the author. Troy wrote this down on the cover of the
booklet. He also made notations throughout the booklet of the people he
knew and were still living at the time. His daughter thinks that the booklet
was compiled to share with the family.
The booklet
is accepted by the daughters of the American Revolution (DAR - SAR) as
lineage proof.
The book is posted
here exactly as written. No attempt has been made to make any corrections
or additions to the original work.
